Supports normal gut and pancreatic function.

How it Works

Adoptrex was designed to help the dogs that seem to have sensitive stomachs. These are the dogs that are prone to gastroenteritis (both vomiting and diarrhoea), and pancreatitis.

Often the gut problems occur due to the digestion process being overwhelmed, and the resultant change to the gut microbiome.

Adoptrex is useful for reducing inflammation and increasing the digestion in the gastrointestinal tract.

Adoptrex also helps normalise the gut flora and intestinal motility.

Adoptrex has been used to help dogs moving in and out of foster homes cope with new diets, as well as those prone to pancreatitis, and gastro intestinal upsets.

Dosing

Adoptrex is an organically grown concentrated herbal extract in powdered form. If possible, start using the herbs a week or more before any diet change, and make those changes gradually over three or four days.

To use, just fold the herbs into your pet's food, or shake them up with broth or water and pour them over top.

As a suggested starting dose, give twice daily as follows:

  • Up to 7kg: 1/8 tsp
  • 7-18kg: 1/4 tsp
  • 18-30kg: 1/2 tsp
  • 30-50kg: 3/4 tsp
  • Over 50kg: 1 tsp

If benefits are not seen, the dose can be safely doubled

One bottle of Adoptrex lasts over a month for dogs 22kg and under; and for two weeks for 45kg dogs.
